Industrial Water Compliance · HaaS
Make compliance cheaper than pollution.
AquaTrap installs solar-powered floating filtration systems directly at factory discharge pipes. Zero upfront cost. Monthly subscription priced below the average local pollution fine.
Pilot result: 24-hour prototype deployment degraded 98.2% of organic pollutants using passive river flow and natural sunlight. No grid energy consumed.

How it works
Install at the discharge pipe
Modular floating rafts are anchored directly at the factory's effluent outlet. No civil works, no grid connection, no capital expenditure. AquaTrap owns the hardware.
Passive treatment around the clock
ZnO photocatalytic tiles on the raft surface use sunlight to break down organic dye molecules. A submerged Vetiver grass root matrix biosorbs and traps heavy metals inside root walls. River flow powers both stages.
Monthly Harvest and compliance report
AquaTrap's team trims the metal-loaded Vetiver roots each month, resetting the biological system. The factory receives a verified compliance data report for environmental audits — included in the subscription.
Stage 1 · Surface
ZnO photocatalytic tiles use UV and visible sunlight to break down organic dye compounds through oxidation. No reagents. No electricity. Driven entirely by natural light.
Stage 2 · Submerged
Vetiver grass root matrix biosorbs and physically traps heavy metal ions inside root cell walls. Monthly Harvest removes the loaded roots and resets the system.
Customers
Built for factories that can't afford
the cost of a WWTP.
Textile dyeing mills
Your discharge is a direct match for ZnO photocatalytic treatment. Organic dye waste that bypasses conventional WWTPs is neutralised at the pipe.
Factories facing regulatory pressure
Your subscription is priced just below the average local pollution fine. Subscribing is the economically rational choice — no environmental virtue required.
Operations and compliance managers
Monthly compliance reports are audit-ready and verifiable. The IoT sensor network on each raft produces continuous data, not point-in-time spot checks.
Data layer
Every raft is a sensor on the river.
Solar-powered IoT sensors on each deployed unit stream live water quality data. As the fleet grows, AquaTrap builds a real-time digital map of river health across industrial zones — a proprietary dataset no competitor can replicate without years of physical deployment.
This data layer supports regulatory partnerships, proactive illegal-discharge detection, and future access to environmental audit and insurance markets.
